Chardonnay is one of those wines that’s a bit controversial, you either love it or hate it. Here at Irreverent Wine, the Revolutionarys believe it’s a wine you need to know.
Ok…We’d love to tell you where this came from in the Walla Walla Valley (ok Seven Hills Vineyard) and who the talented winemaker is that crafted this absolutely yummy Merlot, but we can’t. It’s a “Right Bank” inspired Merlot dominant wine.
2019 Cabernet Sauvignon
This Cab comes from Les Collines Vineyard located at the very eastside of the Walla Walla Valley AVA at the foothills of the Blue Mountains. For those in the know, it is a very well respected vineyard.
This Syrah comes from Seven Hills Vineyard located at the very south end of the Walla Walla Valley AVA in a town called Milton Freewater, OR. This vineyard is farmed sustainably, is LIVE certified and Salmon safe. For those in the know, it is a very well respected vineyard.
2019 Walla Walla Rosé
This is a delicious Provence-inspired Rosé made primarily with Grenache and a touch of Cinsaut. Completely dry and crisp, it’s the perfect Rosé for sitting around the pool, enjoying the beach and a picnic, or just sitting with your friends.
2020 Pinot Gris
Pinot Gris ( Pee No Gree). Kind of sounds like good advice from your doctor…..but I digress. The grape is known as both Pinto Gris and Pinot Grigio among a few other crazy names you’ve never heard. It’s a mutant clone of the worshipped Pinot Noir grape.
2020 Southern White Blend
All these fancy named grapes…whatever! The only thing you need to know is that it’s perfect for sitting on the porch, or a boat (probably not with a goat) and definitely with friends laughing the day away.
